Brigand baits are ready-to-use and contain 0.005% w/w bromadiolone. The toxicity profile of bromadiolone shows it is effective in the control of both rats and mice, requiring less than 30% of their daily food consumption to ingest a lethal dose. Anticoagulant baits work by reducing the ability of the rodent’s blood to clot. As with all anticoagulants, accidental poisoning with bromadiolone can be antidoted with Vitamin K1. Brigand soft bait is extremely palatable to both rats and mice and ideal for use in all situations, but especially those where rodents must be tempted away from other available food sources. Brigand SB is available in 0.35oz (10g) packets which are easily secured in place using the rods supplies in bait boxes, and sold in an 18lb. pail.
