Pur-Black can be used to fill all size voids, it can stop the  passage of sound and stop the passage of water. This stuff  is great for bat-proofing and is used by many professionals in the industry.

For additional security while rodent-proofing, you should consider installing copper mesh  first, and then foaming over it. Rodents may attempt to chew through the foam, but when they  hit the copper mesh they'll STOP !
