WCS™ Raccoon Eviction is a natural by-product of male raccoon, which is a predator to female raccoons during the birthing period. It will attract male raccoons, however when placed in a den area, the female senses that a danger to her young is nearby, inspiring her to move the den location.  More potent than others on the market, half an ounce is recommended per application.

It worked!
JC | February 25th, 2022
This is the second time a raccoon broke into my attic, and I'm still dreading surveying the damage it's done to my newly replaced ductwork. But as one might imagine, I was desperate, so I figured I'd try this. The moment the package arrived, I dabbed it onto an old sock and chucked it up through the tiny attic access point. That night, it was silent for the first time in days. No more digging and chewing and ripping. I could hear her waddling around, but by the next night she was gone.\n\nSmells like rancid death, btw. I wasn't exactly expecting petunias, but yeah, it's absolutely putrid. Open in a well-ventilated area.

Worked well

I had a family living inside my garage. I unboxed this fluid and didn't even take it out of the small zip bag it came in and set it by the entrance they were getting in. They were gone two days later!

Protected my turtles

I've used this raccoon eviction for several years now to protect my box turtles, and have not had any problems with raccoons. I really feel it has helped deter the raccoons.

Well, that worked
Peter Swisher | July 1st, 2021
So, this stuff worked instantly. We had a happy family of 4 living in our eves. Put a little bit on a rag and tossed it up there and 4 hours later momma had moved on with her babies. Worth every penny and I wish I had just started here rather than all the other stuff I tried. Great product.

Raccoons were in the crawl space under our house. I used one 1 oz. bottle for two tennis balls, attached a string, and threw them in the space. The raccoons were gone within 48 hours. It worked! Thank you.

Worked for me!
J. Peterman | June 8th, 2021
I was skeptical this would work. I had a mom raccoon and 5 babies in my basement. Within 12 hours she moved everyone to a different location in the basement. Within 48 hours they were all gone. A local Wildlife Biologist recommended this product to me. Very glad I purchased.

Totally worked

Put the product on three tennis balls. \n Tossed the tennis balls as close to the raccoons as I could get. This was near a vaulted area where I had no real access. That evening their was a whole lot of chatter. Next day they had moved on.

The night I put the soaked tennis ball in the attic, she sat on the roof of my house chittering like she was mad as hell! I honestly didn't think it worked at first because she was still there a week later. However, I have heard no more noises since. I think it just took her the same number of days as she had babies to move. Raccoon free now, though! Would recommend and buy again

Raccoon Eviction Did Not Evict
Linda Glenn | April 23rd, 2021
Unfortunately the Raccoon Eviction Liquid did nothing to motivate the mama racoon living under my house to gather her babies and move out. Really disappointed. I had high hopes.

Worked until last night
Mike | April 14th, 2021
Ironically I got an email this morning asking me to review this purchase and last night I was awoken by that family of raccoons fighting over food and screeching at each other. It was 2 weeks ago that I soaked the tennis ball and left it near the base of the tree. We had not heard anything since. Until last night. So I soaked the ball again today and hope they leave again. It would be nice if they provided more safety and usage info. \n\nYou must wear gloves and should change and wash your clothes after using this stuff. I used gloves and didn’t spill anything and then showered and could smell it on my hoodie when I put it in the wash. It’s some strong stuff. And don’t try and put your nose close to the bottle opening to smell it. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
