When will my order ship?

We make every effort to process, pack and ship your order within 1 business day from receipt. If an item is not available, it will be put on back order and shipped out immediately once available. We will contact you for all back orders. Our main shipping method is Standard with delivery in 1 to 5 Business days depending on destination. Our Super Saver is an economical offer for lower weight packages which may take 2 to 8 Business days depending on destination.

We also offer optional expedited services for 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air delivery. For expedited shipping methods, the day count for delivery is calculated for Business Days and does not count Weekend days. Pick-up day is not included in the day count.

Do you ship internationally?

Please call 1-860-844-0101 or send an email to [email protected] to place your order. Shipping will be quoted at current rates. Our preferred carriers for foreign shipments are UPS and USPS. Any special handling costs or shipping fees will be added to your order.

Note that International customers are directly responsible for any and all duties and fees levied by the country of destination, for product delivery. No refunds or returns allowed on international shipments.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you need to return an item, please contact us first for return authorization at 1-877-684-7262 (toll free). Our team will provide instructions for returning your product.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Baits & Lures and Reference Materials are not eligible for return or refund.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, photos, and specifications are accurate, but occasionally errors occur. We reserve the right to make corrections or changes at any time, and we appreciate your understanding.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept several secure and convenient forms of payment for U.S. and international orders.

For U.S. Orders
We gladly accept:

  • Major Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
  • PayPal
  • Bank Checks or Money Orders (payable in U.S. funds)

Please note: We do not accept C.O.D. orders or personal checks.
Government purchase orders are gladly accepted.

For International Orders
We accept:

  • **PayPal **for orders under $500 USD

  • Direct Bank Wire Transfer for larger orders

  • A $45.00 surcharge applies to each wire transfer to cover associated bank fees

  • All international orders must be paid in full prior to shipment

  • Customers are responsible for broker fees, duties, and taxes
