Safeguard 53100 Transfer Cage - 20" x 11" x 12"

I have two house cats that were former residents of feral colonies. They are extremely uncooperative for placing in a cat carrier for vet visits. I use these cages to feed them in. I place their wet food in the cages daily, one cage per cat. They are now totally accustomed to eating inside the cages. When it comes time for their vet visits I place their food bowl all the way to the back of cage as always and very quietly and gently lower the sliding door behind them while they’re eating. I cover the cage with a large towel and off to the vet we go. Of course, the top door is safely secured after I place their food bowl bowl. It works very well!!
