      P7 Manual Collated hog ring tool manufactured by Stanley/Bostitch.  The P7 requires a 16 gauge C-ring. This tool is used for installing  bird netting, making and repairing small cages, closing bags, etc.  Very handy tool to use for the repetitive task of installing hog rings.
      If you have a large number of hog rings to install, the P7 is much easier to use than the manual pliers. C-Rings come on a strip, similar to "staples" and are fed into the jaws of the P7 with each squeeze of the grip.
