Ridge-Armor™ Ridge Vent Protection by Hy-Guard Exclusion is a new product for protecting your home against wildlife entry at the roof ridge. Ridge-vents are designed to protect shingles from overheating in the summer and allows the release of excess moisture build up in the winter. Although great for extending the life of the roof, this large vent opening across the entire ridge of a home, creates a potential problem area as it can be an easy access for unwanted pests!

The kit comes with: (40) 4' sections of Ridge-Armor™ Standard 3/8" mesh, 200 (1 1/2" long) hex head screws with sealing washers for attaching. 160 linear feet of Ridge Armor™ provides 80 feet of ridge-vent coverage. Price for 3/8" mesh style with shipping is $2.44 per linear foot.

It holds up against chewing and looks clean and professional. The length of the material makes transport and application more convenient than other similar products.
