	Inserting the long end in the trap allows you to pre-set the trap with bait in it. The long end holds the spring in place so that you can easily set the trap.
	Once the trap has been set, you flip the coon cap, so the short end is inserted in the trap. This allows the coon to remove the American Coon Cap with ease.
